About These Terms
We are CoreReachAI, Inc. ("CoreReachAI," "CoreReach," "we," "us," "our").
These Affiliate Program Terms (the "Affiliate Terms") govern your participation in the CoreReach affiliate program (the "Program"), whether you take part personally or on behalf of a business ("you," "Affiliate"). They form a legally binding agreement between you and CoreReachAI. You accept them when you apply to the Program, and again when you share a referral link. If you do not agree with these Affiliate Terms, do not apply to or take part in the Program.
These Affiliate Terms cover the Program only. If you also use CoreReach as a customer, our Terms of Service govern that use. Sections of the Terms of Service that these Affiliate Terms refer to are incorporated by reference.
THESE AFFILIATE TERMS INCLUDE A CLASS ACTION WAIVER AND AN ARBITRATION PROVISION, INCORPORATED FROM OUR TERMS OF SERVICE, THAT GOVERN ANY DISPUTES BETWEEN YOU AND COREREACHAI.
You must be at least 18 years old to take part in the Program.

1. Definitions
- Referral Link: any link to our website that carries your referral code, including the link we issue to you (for example, corereachai.com/r/your-code).
- Introduction: an email from you to us that introduces a named business and asks us to contact them. By sending one, you confirm that the business agreed to you sharing its contact details with us and expects to hear from CoreReach.
- Referral Date: the date a firm last clicked your Referral Link, or the date of your Introduction.
- Signup: the date a firm creates its CoreReach account.
- Referred Customer: a firm that meets the conditions in Section 3 and is credited to you under Section 4.
- Subscription Payment: a payment a Referred Customer makes for its recurring CoreReach subscription, excluding taxes, purchases of credit minutes (including auto-reload), and any amount refunded, credited, or charged back within the period set out in Section 7.
- CoreReach Channel: any of our own marketing that we can track, including paid advertising (such as search, display, video, retargeting, and social ads), our outbound marketing emails (such as email campaigns and newsletters), and posts on our own social media pages. It does not include emails we send a firm because of your Referral Link or Introduction, such as replies, demonstration invitations and confirmations, or onboarding emails.
- Partner: a third party with a separate referral or partnership arrangement with us.
- Individual Terms: an email to you from affiliates@corereachai.com that states it sets out Individual Terms under these Affiliate Terms, and gives a commission rate, a commission period, a start date, and an end date or that they continue until ended under Section 5. Nothing else, including other emails, messages, or conversations, creates Individual Terms.
2. Joining the Program
Application. You join by applying through our affiliate application. We review every application and may accept or decline it at our sole discretion, without giving a reason.
Your referral code. When we approve you, we issue your referral code. Codes are lowercase and assigned by us. A code does not change once issued, and it is not reissued to anyone else.
Reporting. In any month in which you have a new referral or earn commission, we email you a summary of your referral activity. Each payout also comes with a statement (Section 6). You may ask us for a summary at any time. We may also give you access to an online affiliate portal, which may be operated for us by a third-party provider. If we do, your use of it may also be subject to that provider's terms.
Accurate information. You agree to give us accurate information, including your payout details and tax information, and to keep it up to date. You may hold only one Program account.
Who may not join. Employees and contractors of CoreReachAI may not join. Nor may anyone who works for a competing AI voice agent, virtual receptionist, or answering service business as an employee or contractor, or who acts for one beyond referring customers to it, for example by answering calls for it or having authority to sign contracts for it. Referring customers to a competitor, including as its affiliate, referral partner, or an authorized agent or reseller whose role is only to refer customers, does not stop you from joining. If you refer customers to a competitor, our approval of your application is the express written permission described in the "Competitor Use" section of our Terms of Service, limited to viewing and using the Services as needed to take part in the Program. Nor may anyone who is named on a US government sanctions list, is owned or controlled by someone who is, or is located in a country subject to comprehensive US sanctions. By applying and taking part, you confirm none of these applies to you.
3. Qualifying Referrals
A firm counts toward your commission only if all of the following are true:
- It is a genuine business that signs up within 90 days of the Referral Date to use CoreReach in its own operations. We decide in good faith whether a signup is genuine.
- It makes its first Subscription Payment within 12 months of its Signup.
- It is new to CoreReach. A firm is not new if it already has or had a CoreReach account, or if, in the 90 days before the Referral Date, it replied to our outreach, booked or held a demonstration with us, or was in an open sales conversation with us. Having only received an email from us does not, on its own, make a firm not new.
- It is not your own business, or a business you own, control, or work for, including as an employee or contractor.
- It is credited to you under Section 4.
4. How Credit Is Decided
Our own channels come first. If, in the 90 days before a firm's Signup, the firm reached our website through a CoreReach Channel, no affiliate commission is earned for that firm. This applies whether that visit came before or after your Referral Date. For example, a firm that clicks your Referral Link and later clicks one of our ads before signing up is credited to our ad, not to you.
Visits we cannot attribute do not count against you. Visits that do not come through a tracked CoreReach Channel or another affiliate's or Partner's link, such as an unpaid search result, typing our address, or an untagged link, do not affect your credit.
Between affiliates and Partners, the last click wins. If a firm used more than one affiliate's or Partner's link within the 90 days, credit goes to the most recent one before Signup. Each new click starts a new 90-day period.
Introductions. An Introduction follows the same rules, with the date of your email serving as the Referral Date. We check Introductions against our records by hand.
Tracking limits. Referral tracking depends on browser cookies and similar technology. It may not record a visit if the firm uses a different device or browser, clears its cookies, or blocks tracking. If you believe a firm you referred signed up without being credited to you, tell us within 60 days of its Signup and we will review it under these rules.
Our records decide. We determine credit in good faith from our own records, and our determination is final. If you ask about a firm you referred, we will tell you whether it was credited to you and, if not, which kind of channel it was credited to.
5. Commission
Rate. You earn 30% of each Subscription Payment a Referred Customer makes during its commission period, on any subscription plan and any number of units. The commission period begins with the Referred Customer's first Subscription Payment and ends 12 months later. A payment made on or after that anniversary earns no commission.
Individual Terms. We may give you Individual Terms. They can only increase your commission rate or extend your commission period, and they change nothing else in these Affiliate Terms, including how credit is decided (Sections 3 and 4). They apply to firms whose Signup falls on or after their start date and before they end. The commission period in Individual Terms begins with the Referred Customer's first Subscription Payment, as in this Section. Each of those Referred Customers keeps the Individual Terms for the rest of its commission period, even after the Individual Terms end. If the standard rate or period in force at a firm's Signup is higher, you get the higher rate and the longer period. Individual Terms end on their end date, when either of us gives 30 days' notice, or when your participation ends (Section 11), whichever comes first. They do not return if you later rejoin.
No limit. There is no limit on how many Referred Customers you may have.
Earned on payment. Commission is earned only on Subscription Payments we have actually received. No commission is earned on a Referred Customer that never pays, stops paying, or pays late, until and unless it pays.
Changes to the rate, period, or referral window. A change to the commission rate or commission period applies only to firms whose Signup is on or after the date it takes effect. Referred Customers already credited to you keep the rate and period in force when they signed up. A change to the 90-day period in Section 3, item 1, and Section 4 applies only to Referral Dates on or after the date it takes effect.
6. Payment
Holding period. Each commission is held for 30 days after the Subscription Payment it comes from, so that refunds and chargebacks can be accounted for before payout.
Monthly payout. We pay commission once a month. Each commission is paid at the first monthly payout after its holding period ends, normally by the end of the calendar month after the Subscription Payment was received, once your balance is at least $50. A balance under $50 carries over to the next month.
Statement. Each payout comes with a statement showing each Referred Customer and the amount earned.
Methods. We pay by PayPal, ACH bank transfer, or another method we agree with you, such as Wise. Payments are made in US dollars. You are responsible for any fees your payment provider charges you. We are not responsible for a payment sent to the payout details you gave us if those details were wrong.
Tax information. Before your first payout, you must give us a completed IRS Form W-9 if you are a US person, or the applicable Form W-8 if you are not. We may withhold payouts until we receive it, and we may report payments to tax authorities as the law requires.
Unclaimed commission. If you have not given us valid payout details and the tax information above within 12 months after a commission first became payable, despite our requests, that commission is forfeited, to the extent the law allows.
Taxes. You are responsible for all taxes on the commission you earn.
7. Refunds, Chargebacks, and Adjustments
If a Subscription Payment is refunded, credited, or charged back, the commission on it is reversed:
- Before payout, it is removed from your balance.
- After payout, it is deducted from your future commission. If you have no future commission, for example because you have left the Program, we may ask you to repay it, and you agree to do so within 30 days of our request.
This applies only to refunds, credits, and chargebacks made within 120 days of the original Subscription Payment.
We may also correct any error in a statement or payout, in either direction.
8. Promotion Rules
Where you may promote CoreReach. You may promote CoreReach:
- On your own website or blog, and on comparison and directory websites.
- In your newsletters, podcasts, webinars, and online communities.
- On Facebook (including groups), Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social networks, except TikTok, Snapchat, and Telegram.
- By email to people you have a relationship with or who have agreed to receive your emails.
- In your own conversations and meetings with clients and contacts, and through Introductions.
We may add or remove permitted channels, or change these Promotion Rules, by updating these Affiliate Terms. A change needed for legal or compliance reasons, or to stop abuse, takes effect when we notify you, without the 30 days' notice in Section 12.
What you must not do. You must not:
- Bid on "CoreReach," "CoreReachAI," or any misspelling or variation of them, alone or with other words, in any paid search or advertising platform, or use them in an ad's display URL.
- Register or use a domain name, social media handle, or app name that contains "CoreReach" or a confusingly similar name.
- Run paid advertising of any kind, including paid search, shopping, display, and paid social ads, to promote CoreReach, unless we have approved it in writing.
- Present yourself as CoreReach, or suggest that you speak for us or that we endorse you.
- Make claims about CoreReach, including its features, pricing, results, or integrations, beyond what our website states.
- When you promote CoreReach alongside a competing product, describe CoreReach inaccurately, or present it as part of, or endorsed by, that product.
- Send unsolicited commercial email, or email that does not comply with the CAN-SPAM Act and other applicable law.
- Send bulk or automated text messages, or make automated or prerecorded calls, to promote CoreReach.
- List CoreReach on coupon, cashback, loyalty, or incentive websites, or offer a firm money, a discount, or anything else of value to sign up, unless we have approved it in writing.
- Recruit others to promote CoreReach on your behalf, or run a sub-affiliate network.
- Use any method that creates referral credit without a real visit, such as forced clicks, hidden links, pop-unders, or browser extensions.
- Refer yourself or a business you own, control, or work for, including as an employee or contractor.
- Post, buy, or arrange fake reviews, ratings, or testimonials of CoreReach, or ones you pay for or reward, on review sites such as G2 or Capterra or anywhere else.
- Claim that CoreReach guarantees any result, or that using it makes a business compliant with any law or regulation, including fair housing laws.
- Promote CoreReach alongside content that is unlawful, misleading, hateful, or that infringes anyone's rights.
Disclosure. You must clearly and conspicuously disclose your relationship with CoreReach wherever you promote us, as the US Federal Trade Commission's Endorsement Guides require. For example: "I earn a commission if you sign up through my link."
Compliance. You are responsible for complying with all laws that apply to your promotion of CoreReach.
9. Use of Our Brand
While you take part in the Program, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the CoreReach name and logo, and any materials we provide, solely to promote CoreReach under these Affiliate Terms. You may not alter them or combine them with other marks. You must stop using them, and remove or change any content, if we ask. All rights not expressly granted remain with CoreReachAI.
10. Fraud and Breach
If we reasonably believe that you have broken these Affiliate Terms, or that a referral involves fraud or misrepresentation, we may withhold, reverse, or cancel any commission connected to it, suspend your account while we investigate, and remove you from the Program. Commission earned through a breach of these Affiliate Terms is forfeited.
11. Term and Termination
These Affiliate Terms apply from when you apply until you or we end your participation. Either of us may end it at any time by notice, including by email. Our notices to you go to the email address you gave us.
When your participation ends:
- Your Referral Link stops earning commission, and you must stop promoting CoreReach and using our brand.
- If you end it, commission stops accruing on the date it ends, including for existing Referred Customers. We pay your remaining balance for Subscription Payments received before that date, after the holding period and at the next monthly payout, even if it is under $50.
- If we end it for a reason other than a breach of these Affiliate Terms, you keep earning commission on your existing Referred Customers for the rest of each one's commission period (Section 5). We pay it at our monthly payouts, and the final payout is made even if it is under $50.
- If we end it because of a breach, commission stops accruing on the date it ends. Commission connected to the breach is forfeited. We may withhold the rest of your unpaid balance for up to 90 days while we investigate, and then pay it at the next monthly payout, even if it is under $50.
Sections 6, 7, 10, and 13 through 18 survive the end of your participation, and so does Section 5 where commission continues under this Section.
12. Changes to the Program and These Terms
Except as Section 8 and this Section allow, we may change these Affiliate Terms or the Program, or end the Program, by giving you at least 30 days' notice by email to the address you gave us, with a short summary of the change, and updating the "Last Updated" date above. A change that only benefits you, such as a higher commission rate or a longer commission period, may take effect as soon as we notify you. Each change is listed under "Changes to These Terms" below. If we end the Program, you keep earning commission on your existing Referred Customers for the rest of each one's commission period (Section 5). Changes to the commission rate, commission period, or referral window apply as described in Section 5. If you do not agree to a change, you may leave the Program before it takes effect. If you keep taking part after it takes effect, you accept the change.
13. Relationship of the Parties
You take part in the Program as an independent contractor. Nothing in these Affiliate Terms creates an employment, partnership, joint venture, franchise, or agency relationship. You have no authority to make commitments or statements on our behalf, and you are responsible for your own costs and expenses.
14. Confidentiality and Data
Confidentiality. Information we share with you that is not public, including the names of Referred Customers, the amounts in your statements, and the terms of any Individual Terms, is confidential. You may use it only to take part in the Program and must not disclose it.
Your information. We handle the personal information you give us, including payout and tax details, as described in our Privacy Policy.
15. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
THE PROGRAM IS PROVIDED ON AN AS-IS AND AS-AVAILABLE BASIS. WE DO NOT PROMISE THAT YOU WILL EARN ANY PARTICULAR AMOUNT, OR THAT OUR WEBSITE, REFERRAL TRACKING, OR AFFILIATE PORTAL WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS OR REVENUE, ARISING FROM THE PROGRAM. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM THE PROGRAM IS LIMITED TO THE COMMISSION PAID OR OWED TO YOU IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE.
16. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CoreReachAI and its officers, employees, and agents from any claim, loss, fine, or expense, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your promotion of CoreReach, your breach of these Affiliate Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
17. Governing Law and Disputes
These Affiliate Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, as set out in the "Governing Law" section of our Terms of Service. Any dispute arising from these Affiliate Terms or the Program is resolved under the "Dispute Resolution" section of our Terms of Service, including its pre-arbitration process, binding arbitration, class action waiver, and the courts of King County, Washington, for disputes not subject to arbitration.
18. Miscellaneous
These Affiliate Terms, together with any Individual Terms, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Program. Where Individual Terms differ, they control on the points they cover. If our affiliate page, FAQ, or other materials differ from these Affiliate Terms, these Affiliate Terms control. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Affiliate Terms; we may assign them. These Affiliate Terms will not be construed against us because we drafted them.
19. Contact Us
For questions about the Program or these Affiliate Terms, contact your affiliate contact, or reach us through our contact page.
