You earn 30% of each subscription payment a referred customer makes, on any plan, for any number of units, from their first invoice.
For 12 months
Commission runs for the customer's first 12 months of payments. A firm paying $2,000 a month earns you $600 a month, $7,200 over the year.
Paid by ACH or PayPal
Paid each month once your balance reaches $50, with a statement showing each customer and amount. Other methods by agreement.

CoreReach pays 30% of every subscription payment a referred customer makes in their first 12 months of payments. There is no limit on how many customers you can refer.
A business that signs up within 90 days of clicking your link or being introduced by you, and starts a paid subscription within 12 months of signing up. The firm must be new to CoreReach, and referring your own company does not count. If the firm also reached us through our own ads, marketing emails or social posts in the 90 days before signing up, the referral goes to that channel instead. If a firm you sent signs up on a later visit without using your link, let your affiliate contact know within 60 days and we'll review it.
Yes. Email your affiliate contact with an introduction and we take it from there, including the demo. Introductions carry the same 90-day window and the same commission as link referrals.
Commission is normally paid monthly for the previous month's paid invoices, once your balance reaches $50. Payments go out by ACH, PayPal or another method we agree on, with a statement showing each customer and amount.
No. Many affiliates work with property managers without running a firm themselves. If you do use CoreReach, you can speak to the results firsthand.
Yes. Affiliates may not bid on "CoreReach" or its misspellings in paid search, run other paid ads without our approval, present themselves as CoreReach, or make product claims beyond what our website states. The full rules are in our affiliate program terms.
